Woody at PK Lake Services built our dream home on Possum Kingdom Lake. He was on budget and on schedule. He knows the building process better than any other builder we have worked with. We highly recommend him! He was the only builder we found that put a hard cost to our house. All of the others wanted to work cost plus which is kind of open ended. The only changes we paid for were those that we initiated. Great builder!
